Good attendance has a big impact on pupils making good progress in their learning in school.
If your child is absent for any reason, please inform the school by phone as soon as possible on the first day of absence.
Arriving at school on time is also very important so that your child is ready for the learning day. The school day starts with registration and if your child is not present for this they will receive a late mark.

Remember that if your child is being collected by any one other than a parent (or another named person) then they must phone the school to let us know and then send written permission if this will be a regular arrangement.
